Seems to be closed inexplicably for the past two days, no explanation as to why and was simply informed over the phone that my parcel will be returned if I don't collect it today (how exactly they expect me to do so without a set of lock picks I don't know?)

The parcel provider gives you only 72 hours to collect your item, yet the shop has been shut throughout the day. I turned up on 19/03 at 12:00 and again at 13:00 both times the shutters were down with no information, no note, nothing to indicate when (or if) they’d be open.

This is closed. In post have no record of this location on their records. Customer services were not helpful and said it doesn’t exist

Unpleasant experience due to a very rude member of staff. Customer service was poor and unwelcoming.
